Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel any order you have placed on mademoiselleboutique.gr, please read the instructions below.
The order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped
Call 698 341 5221 or use the contact form stating your order code and name. The manager of the relevant department will handle the cancellation of your order.
Note. If any electronic payment (Credit Card or PayPal) has been made to pay for the order, the money will be refunded exclusively and only in the corresponding method you used when completing the order, without any charge. For example, if you paid by credit card the money will be refunded to your credit card.
The order has been completed and the product has already been shipped
In the event that the product has been shipped it is subject to the returns policy below, please refer to the relevant section for more information.
Returns Policy
You have the right to return the products you purchased, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, exactly as defined by Law 2251/1994 no. 3e par. 1
The products are returned at the customer’s expense or brought by him to our physical store at the address Ouranoupoli 63075.
Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, unsealed or unopened, together with the legal documents that accompanied them.
In the event of a defective product, the policy followed by our store is fully harmonized with Law 2251/1994 no. 3b par. 1 sec. l & i as well as no. 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Refunds are available. Depending on the payment method you chose during your order, the refund will be made accordingly:
Credit Card: The refund will be made to your card within 1-3 working days.
Cash on Delivery : You will need to provide us with a bank account to process a refund within 1-3 working days.
In order to avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.).
You must inform us of your wish to return the products you have purchased within the statutory dates.
For parcel shipments, we cooperate with ACS Courier.
